would definitely go again
The room was spacious and clean, with a double bed and a sofa bed. It had great amenities like a hairdryer, tea/coffee maker, and toiletries. The bathroom featured both a bath and shower, making it easy to relax. Staff were friendly and provided good service. The location near the M5 was convenient for traveling.

The location made things easy, with quick access to nearby attractions. The check-in process went smoothly. My room had plenty of space, and the tea and coffee facilities were appreciated. the mattress felt quite soft, less supportive than I prefer. I noticed some areas that needed better cleaning standards, especially the bathroom, which could have been more thoroughly attended to. Staff were generally friendly, but I encountered a situation where I felt better signage was needed for parking. From my room, I heard some noise from the corridor later in the night, which did affect my sleep a bit. these small issues didn’t ruin my stay, but they took away from what could have been a perfect experience.

Found some lovely hand-made pasta nearby that took me straight to Italy—yum! Oh, and the spacious family room was a big win for our crew, perfect for spreading out. The warmth from the team really added a sprinkle of joy to our stay.
Being stuck in motorway services meant a unique parking situation, as it required a longer trek from the car. Plus, getting on and off the M5 added a few extra miles each time.

I enjoyed a pleasant overnight stay en route to the festival. The room was surprisingly roomy, and I appreciated the clean, tidy environment. The 24-hour reception made access easy, and I got a code to enter the Southbound carriageway without hassle. Perfect for travelers heading south!

easy access to parks and local attractions for weekend explorers
I had a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a spacious room, which was a great base for a weekend of exploring the nearby parks and the stunning Brent Knoll, only about 2 km away. We were close to the fun at Brean Theme Park, just over 6 km from the hotel. however, the only downside was that the bed had a bit of a sag, but it didn’t overshadow the overall positive experience I had here.

The family room was spacious and equipped with comfortable beds, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, only one plug point was available, which was inconvenient for a family of four. The bathroom could use a deep clean as the bath appeared grubby, and noise from the slamming doors and thin walls disrupted our night, making for an unpleasant experience overall.
